President & Co-Founder
Andy serves as President of Seneca Construction, bringing over three decades of leadership and expertise in design-build construction to the organization. A recognized industry veteran, he has successfully directed large-scale, high-profile construction & developments projects across commercial, residential, and institutional sectors throughout the West Coast.
Andy is a Portland native, graduate of Jesuit High School, and holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management/CEM from Oregon State University and MBA from Regis University. His career spans senior executive roles at multiple prominent construction firms. He also serves as Director of Development of Seneca Development Company. His depth of experience encompasses full lifecycle project delivery—from strategic pursuit and business planning to preconstruction, construction, operational execution, personnel management, and financial oversight.
At Seneca Construction, Andy leads enterprise-wide operations with a focus on driving sustainable growth, ensuring project excellence, and cultivating a high-performance organizational culture. He is responsible for the execution of complex business strategies, oversight of profit and loss, and the consistent delivery of exceptional project outcomes.

Michael Hamilton is the President of Seneca Development Company, a vertically integrated real estate platform delivering best-in-class residential and mixed-use projects across the Pacific Northwest. With a multidisciplinary background and a results-driven approach, Michael leads the firm’s strategic vision, investment strategy, and operational execution.
In 2024, Michael was honored with the prestigious Phenom Award from the Oregon Daily Journal of Commerce, which recognizes exceptional young professionals in the building industry who are poised to shape the future of real estate development. In 2025, he was also featured on the Daily Journal of Commerce’s 2025 Power List, a prestigious annual recognition celebrating leaders and innovators across the architecture, engineering, construction, and development industries.

Principal & Co-Founder
Bryant Jaksic is a seasoned executive and investment professional with over 30 years of experience spanning real estate development, financial services, and business operations. He is a Principal and Co-Founder of Seneca Construction Co., where he plays a foundational role in shaping the firm's strategic vision, capital planning, and organizational leadership. He also serves as Vice President of Seneca Development Company, helping to guide the firm's execution across its growing portfolio of development projects.
Bryant began his career in the early 1990s, building a track record as a founder, operator, and investor in the financial sector. Since 1994, he has launched or acquired ten firms—ranging from Registered Investment Advisory firms to Private Investment Partnerships—focused on alternative investment strategies that deliver returns uncorrelated to traditional market indices. His work managing capital for a global client base—including high-net-worth individuals, institutional investors, banks, and insurance companies—has cemented his reputation as a sophisticated strategist and disciplined operator.
His core competencies include portfolio construction, financial modeling, research, quantitative analysis, and the design of trade execution and management systems. These skills now inform his work in real estate, where he applies an investor’s lens to development strategy, capital allocation, and asset management.
Bryant holds a Bachelor’s degree in Finance and Marketing, as well as an MBA from Portland State University. His entrepreneurial mindset, combined with a deep understanding of risk and return, positions him as a driving force behind Seneca’s integrated approach to construction and development.
